Starting October 1^st we have a new face in our organization: Michael Deelen fulfills the role of: Team Leader Service. Herewith we would like to introduce him:

Not a rookie
Michael started his professional career …. Years ago at a service desk. Gradually he moved towards managing service team in various industries.

Michael Deelen says: "For me, service is connecting, collaborating with and adding value for customers and partners. WPS is a nice organization where a family feel and values prevails. With a team of great colleagues I will take on this new challenge and do everything I can do to continue improving our service department to keep up with the increasing global demand of our products AND service.
Of course I can't do that alone and am grateful for my very knowledgeable colleagues. Service is custom work and you don't have custom work without good customers and partners!
